Goals (2023)

Dramatic Goals require Drastic Changes
More and more, I realize that a marathon may be slipping out or my reach
(nothing wrong with that)
But retaining your marathon goal could be very rewarding and allow for you to complete changes which you consider a priority (Weight, Organization, Hygiene, Living Conditions, Paperwork, Health, Success, Ageing)
Water, Weight and Waist
Sobriety, SPINNING and Spirituality
Run, Rest, Oatmeal
Swim, Strength, Shopping
What you Buy, What you Eat
Reading vs Binging
